Location data is only used locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We use region monitoring, which is more privacy-friendly than continuous location tracking.

• Device type and operating system
• App version and usage statistics
• Crash reports and error logs (if you enable this feature)

1.4 In-App Purchase Information

If you make in-app purchases, Apple processes the transaction. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status to enable premium features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our App and services
• Send you location-based notifications and reminders
• Sync your data across your devices using iCloud (if enabled)
• Personalize your experience within the App

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your data (places, notes, images) is stored locally on your device using Core Data. This means your information stays on your device and is not automatically transmitted to external servers.

3.2 iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud, your data is synced across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This sync is encrypted and managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

3.3 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Places API: Used to search for and retrieve place information. When you search for places, your search query may be sent to Google. Please review Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: Handles in-app purchases. Payment information is processed by Apple, not by us.

3.4 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: We may share your information when you explicitly consent to such sharing

5.1 Access and Control

• Disable location services in your device settings
• Disable iCloud sync in your device settings
• Delete the App, which will remove all locally stored data

5.2 Location Permissions

You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Note that disabling location services will prevent the App from sending location-based notifications.

5.3 Data Deletion

To delete all your data:

• Delete individual places or notes within the App
• Delete the App from your device (this removes local data)
• If using iCloud, disable iCloud sync or delete data from iCloud settings

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country of residence. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that we may transfer your information to the United States and process it there. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
